Dr. Katerina Sheffield Dickey has over three decades of clinical experience, including nutrition support, oncology, infectious disease, and spinal biomechanics.
She graduated from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy and has written curriculum for their Sterile Admixture Course. She went back to school at Parker University and served as a student representative for chiropractic schools world wide.
She now practices Upper Cervical specific chiropractic and gentle full spine care. As a Clinical Pharmacist and Doctor of Chiropractic, her education, experience, perspective, and passion for health and wellness is one of a kind.
An Austinite since 1985, she loves music, wake surfing, writing, and hanging out with her husband of 34 years.

As a yoga instructor and health coach I have tried many wellness/biohacking modalities over the years. Even though I am well versed in many health topics I learned something new each week during the Ginger Root Wellness Journey to add to my regular routine.

I’m an HR executive with a technology company here in Austin, and one aspect of my role is serving as executive sponsor of our multi-faceted wellbeing program for our global employee population. I’m passionate about wellbeing, and I was particularly interested in embarking on the ten-week Ginger Root Harmonic Egg Journey focusing on wellness with Dr. Sheffield.
First of all, I trust her (I’ve been her chiropractic patient for 6 years), and her credentials are unique being both a Pharmacist and a Doctor of Chiropractic. I’m someone who very much appreciates both the science and research behind the actionable steps to improve wellbeing through this journey – it allowed me to understand “the why” behind the tools and steps that were being suggested, which is important to me. I loved the layered habit checklist and will be transferring it to a reusable whiteboard so I can reset every week and continue practicing healthy habits.
